The White Buffalo Club

The front desk manager Jade was amazing during our short stay. We needed to arrive early to meet a Yellowstone tour and store our bags. Jade even tried to help us find an alternative when our trip got cancelled. Our day was much longer than expected and Jade was there when we arrived at 11:15pm to help us get settled. The property and room were very nice. We were able to pamper ourselves a bit after our long day at Yellowstone. Our only regret is not having more time to stay there.

Night of check in, the gentleman was very accommodating. Happy to see fruit water available near the elevator. Ladies who manned the desk the rest of the weekend not so attentive. No fruit water was there again :( - even after I had inquired about it. Carpet in room and hallways needs replaced. Laundry in room huge bonus. Our hairdryer did not work, had to wait at desk for more than 30 min to get a new one...

Convenient location with parking onsite. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with space to move. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was Grab N Go style not a huge choice but adequate. Great to have a washer and dryer in the room and an elevator to access rooms on the 2nd & 3th floors.

The location is great. Quick walk to the town square. Also right near the Start Bus Stop that goes to the airport and out to Teton Village. There's a good restaurant downstairs. The venison was excellent!

We were very impressed with our room, we couldn't of asked for anything better. I so loved being able to do my laundry without having to leave the room. So relaxed and comfortable, felt like home. I did want to purchase a white buffalo and 2 coffee mugs, ran out of time, and we left early before anyone was at the front desk. I still would love to purchase those items if it is possible.
